  • Sales Dip Post-Holiday: 193 contracts were signed last week, down 10% year-over-year and 23% from the previous week due to President’s Day. This marks the slowest President’s Day week since 2020.

  • YTD Sales Holding Steady: Despite last week’s decline, year-to-date sales are only down about 1% compared to last year.

  • Segment Trends: New development and resale co-op sales saw double-digit declines, while resale condo sales edged up 3% year-over-year.

  • Luxury Market Resilience: Sales in all price ranges under $20M declined annually, but sales over $20M saw a slight increase from last year.
